they ABSOLUTELY LOVE candy, especially Chocolate!  They'll stop
at nothing to get chocolate, if they know where it's kept. You've
heard the saying; If there's a will there's a way. It's slightly
different for ferrets though, and it goes like this "IF THERE'S A
WAY, THERE'S A WILL" !               They are very persistent when
they want something !

This is Baby Lil-Bit, She came to us as a baby. Her humans made a mistake when they bought her, and she wasn't the right pet for their household.
She's sleeping happily here in this picture from a while back, but unfortunately, she has something wrong with her, and her doctors are trying to figure
out what it is right now. It's some kind of skin condition that has her hair getting thin all over, and especially on her tail. It's not an Adrenal Disorder.
She's only one and a half years old and we hope she gets better, because if she doesn't we're going to have to get her some clothes to keep her warm.
Update: Lil Bit is getting better, fat and sassy too, her coat color has changed to almost all white. But we still need donations!

Above, is my "Sidekicker" Nickie. She is a perfect example of how a ferret can fall in love with their human! She's jealous of the
others she thinks might be getting a little too much of my attention, sleeps with me, and even washes me as if I were her
"baby"! I can't show too much attention to any of the others in front of her, especially Tippy, she just hates her for some
reason! She sneaks up on Tippy sleeping and bites her! I can't let Tippy go to sleep around Nickie! They have separate beds so
Nickie can't get to Tippy while she sleeping.  Tippy doesn't have a problem with Nickie, Nickie just doesn't like her at all.
<UPDATE 02/01/09> Tippy has started to defend herself and the butt kickin goes both ways now so they get along much
better. Nickie's not as tough as she thought she was!

It is an expensive treatment she
